Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with a charge of 2.5% as payment gateway charge.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

**NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND FOR RESELL ORDERS**

Refunds are applicable for eligible returns or cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

For defective or damaged products, you must provide proof (e.g., photos) when requesting a refund.
